फ्रेंकलिन टेम्पलेटन मुचुअल फण्ड ने यह सूचित किया है की 17 दिसम्बर 2008 को लाभांश के लिए रिकोड समय में फ्रेंकलिन इंडिया टेक्शिल्ड और टेम्पलेटन इंडिया पेंशन योजना पर फेस मुल्ये 10 रूपये प्रति यूनिट की घोषणा की जाए। लाभांश राशि के लिए फ्रेंकलिन इंडिया की टेक्शिल्ड और टेम्पलेटन इंडिया की पेंशन योजना में क्रमानुसार मुल्ये 3.00 रूपये प्रति यूनिट और 1.20 रूपये प्रति यूनिट को स्थापित किया

फ्रेंकलिन भारत टेक्शिल्ड अप्रैल 1999 में एक उद्देश्य के साथ लंबे समय से पूंजी की अवधि के विकास की आयकर छूट के साथ करने के लिए माध्यम प्रदान करने के लिए एक खुला के अंत इक्विटी लिंक्ड बचत योजना के रूप में शुरू किया गया था। तेप्लेटन इंडिया की पेंशन योजना को मार्च 1997 में आरम्भ किया गया था और यह दुर्लभ अवधि की टेक्स सेविंग प्रणाली है और यह अवलोकन करती है की निवेशको द्बारा उत्तपन नियमित आय के अधीन लाभांश योजना और पूंजी अधिमूल्यन के अधीन विकास योजना उपस्थित है या नही।

इस लाभांश के अलावा, 1 लाख रुपए द्बारा फ्रेंकलिन भारत टेक्शिल्ड और टेम्पलेटन भारत पेंशन योजना में चालू वित्तीय वर्ष 08-09 के दौरान के निवेश में भी धारा 80 सी की आयकर अधिनियम के अंतर्गत कर लाभ के लिए पात्र होगा।

English Translation
Franklin Templeton Mutual Fund has announced 17 December 2008 as the record date for declaration of dividend in Franklin India Taxshield and Templeton India Pension Plan on face value of Rs 10 per unit. The quantum of dividend for Franklin India Taxshield and Templeton India Pension Plan is set to Rs 3.00 per unit and is Rs 1.20 per unit, respectively.

Franklin India Taxshield was launched in April 1999 as an open-end equity linked savings scheme with an objective to provide medium to long-term growth of capital along with income tax rebate.Templeton India Pension Plan was launched in March 1997 as an open-end tax-saving scheme seeking to provide investors regular income under the dividend plan and capital appreciation under the growth plan.

In addition to the dividends, investment of up to Rs.1 Lakh in Franklin India Taxshield and Templeton India Pension Plan during the current financial year 08-09 would also be eligible for tax benefits under Section 80 C of the Income Tax Act.
