English Translation:

The board of Educomp Solutions on 20 April 2011 has allotted of 35,129 equity shares of face value of Rs 2 each at a price of Rs 538 per share. Post allotment, the paid up capital of the company has increased from Rs 19.18 crore consisting of 9,59,09,451 equity shares of face value of Rs 2 each to Rs 19.19 crore consisting of 9,59,44,580 equity shares of face value of Rs 2 each.
