14 अप्रैल 2011 को जिंदल स्टील एंड पावर की समिति ने कंपनी की ईएसओएस 2005 की शर्तों के अनुसार 1 रूपये प्रत्येक के 2,40,564 इक्विटी शेयर आवंटित किया है. नतीजतन, जारी, सदस्यता और कंपनी की शेयर पूंजी बढ़कर 93.45 करोड़ रुपये हो गई.
English Translation:
The committee of Jindal Steel & Power on 14 April 2011 has allotted 2,40,564 equity shares of Re 1 each in accordance with the terms of company's ESOS-2005. Consequently, the issued, subscribed and paid up share capital of the company stands increased to Rs 93.45 crore.
