हिन्दी अनुवाद:फ्रेंकलिन टेम्पलेटन नीवेश (भारत) मुचुअल फंड ने लाभांश के अधीन लाभांश विकल्प के लिए फ्रेंकलिन इंडिया परिमा फंड की घोषणा की, और यह एक निरंतर स्वरुप विकास फंड की प्रणाली है। लाभांश के लिए मुल्ये 6.00 रूपये प्रति यूनिट पर फेस मुल्ये 10 रूपये प्रति यूनिट की घोषणा की।
24 जून 2009 को रिकोड समय के लिए लाभांश और अन्य खरीद पर उस समय निर्वाच्य के लिए लाभांश के अधीन लाभांश पुनः नीवेश की योजना की घोषणा की, लाभांश पुनः नीवेश के इस फंड पर नेव प्रणाली में 26 जून 2009 और यूनिटों के होल्डरों के लिए एडिशनल यूनिट की लाभांश राशि को उपस्थित किया गया।
फ्रेंकलिन इंडिया परिमा फंड को दिसम्बर 1993 को आरम्भ किया गया और प्रचलित मुल्ये 758 करोड़ के लिए 137,000 निवेशको को उपस्थित किया गया।
English Translation:
Franklin Templeton Investments (India) Mutual Fund has announced dividend under the dividend option of Franklin India Prima Fund, an open-ended growth fund. The dividend declared is Rs. 6.00 per unit on the face value of Rs. 10. All investors registered in the dividend plan as on 24 June 2009 will receive this tax-free dividend.
The record date for the dividend is 24 June 2009 and any purchases on or before this date will be eligible for the dividend Under the dividend reinvestment plan, the dividend declared will be reinvested in the Fund at the NAV of 26 June 2009 and unit holders will be allotted additional units for the dividend amount.
Franklin India Prima Fund was launched in December 1993 and currently manages over Rs.758 crore of assets for over 137,000 investors.
