English Translation :
The committee of Polaris Software Lab on 25 February 2011 has allotted 6,700 equity shares to the Associates of the company under the Associate Stock Option Plan (ASOP) 2003. Further under ASOP 2004 Scheme, 19,600 equity shares were transferred to the Associates, pursuant to exercise of options granted to them.
