वही 10 फ़रवरी 2011 को आयोजित बैठक में बोर्ड ने भी सभी कागजात, कर्म हस्तांतरण के लिए, फ़ाइल आवेदन पर हस्ताक्षर करने के लिए और अन्य सभी कार्य, काम और बातो के रूप में खरीद और भूमि के हस्तांतरण के लिए आवश्यक समझा अधिकृत किया गया है।
ऋचा इंडस्ट्रीज बुना हुआ कपड़ा के निर्माण में लगी हुई है, प्रसंस्करण रंगाई और कार्बनिक कपास और मानव निर्मित फाइबर कपड़ा के परिष्करण। यह घरेलू और निर्यात बाजार के लिए भी वस्त्र बनाती है।
English Translation :
Richa Industries’ board has approved purchase of industrial Plot No. 192, located in Sector-IV, Phase-II, at Growth Centre, Bawal, admeasuring 19181.25 square meters from Richa Infrastructure for a consideration of Rs 4,05,17,310.
The board in the same meeting held on February 10, 2011 has also authorized signing of all papers, deeds, file application for transfer and to do all other act, deed and things as deemed necessary for purchase and transfer of land.
Richa Industries is engaged in manufacturing of knitted fabric, dyeing processing and finishing of organic cotton and man-made fibre fabric. It also manufactures garments for the domestic and export markets.
