हिंदी अनूवाद:यूरोपीय संघ (ईयू) ने भारत से भिंडी (लेडी फिंगर) के तीन खेप इस साल खारिज किये है जीस में वे निर्धारित सीमा से अधिक कीटनाशक अवशेषों निहित है। मोनोकोटोफोस, असफाते और त्रिअज़ोफोस अवशेषों के उच्च स्तर ये खेप में पाए गए है।
यूरोपीय संघ की एक सहिष्णुता सीमा 0.05 मिलीग्राम /किलो मोनोत्क्रोतोफोस छाछ भिंडी के लिए होती है, जबकि असफाते और त्रिअज़ोफोस के लिए, अधिकतम सीमा 0.02 मिलीग्राम/किलो अवशेष है और 0.01 मिलीग्राम/किलो क्रमशः।
इसके अलावा, यूरोपीय संघ ने भिंडी के चार अन्य खेप और सहजन (मोरिंगा) की एक खेप में अवशेष की उपस्थिति पर नोटिस जारी किया हैं।
English Translation:
The European Union (EU) has rejected three consignments of bhindi (lady's finger) from India this year as they contained pesticide residues higher than the prescribed limits. Higher levels of monocrotophos, acephate and triazaphos residues were found in these consignments.
The EU has a tolerance limit of 0.05 mg/kg for monotcrotophos residue in bhindi, while for acephate and triazophos, the maximum residue limit is 0.02 mg/kg and 0.01 mg/kg respectively.
In addition, the EU has issued notices on the presence of residues in four other consignments of bhindi and one consignment of drumstick (moringa).
