इस मामले की आय का उपयोग, दर्ज करके जांच समझौतों में 300 तमिलनाडु, आंध्र प्रदेश और कर्नाटक में सिनेमाघरों के साथ 15 करोड़ रुपये खर्च करना हैं। यह रिपोर्ट है कि कंपनी ने नवीकरण और डिजिटल उपकरणों के साथ बुनियादी सुविधाओं के लिया 25.95 करोड़ रुपये लगाये।
English Translation:
Chennai-based Midvalley Entertainment is looking to raise Rs 60 crore through an initial public offer (IPO).The company plans to issue equity shares of Rs 10 each for cash at a premium to be decided through book building process. The issue is likely to open on January 10, 2011 and close on January 12, 2011.
The proceeds of this issue will be used, to spend Rs 15 crore by entering into screening agreements with 300 cinema theatres in Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh and Karnataka. It is reported that the company has also earmarked Rs 25.95 crore for renovation and up-gradation of cinema infrastructure with digital equipment.
