The equity shares of Cantabil Retail India (Scrip Code: 533267) will list on the bourses today. The issue price was fixed at Rs 135 per share i.e. at the higher end of price band of Rs 127-135.
The offering was open for subscription between September 22-27 and was subscribed 2.35 times. The company plans to utilize the issue proceeds for setting up a manufacturing plant, expansion of its retail network, repayment of debt and for meeting additional working capital requirements.
Cantabil Retail India is in the business of designing, manufacturing, branding and retailing of apparels under the brand names of CANTABIL and La FANSO. Presently, it has a network of 411 exclusive retail outlets spread across India.
