Surya Pharmaceutical has received its board’s approval for the purpose of issuing Global Depository Receipts (GDR) for $25 million and the subscription list for the same has been opened. The approval was given at its meeting held on October 07, 2010. The subscription is expected to remain open till October 12, 2010.
Meanwhile, a meeting of the board of directors has been convened to be held on October 12, 2010, to decide on the date of closure of the subscription list.
The company is engaged in manufacturing of active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs), finished drug formulations (FDFs), fine intermediates, herbal products, and mint/menthol derivatives.
