रीड एंड टेलर (भारत) के कथित तौर पर आईपीओ से 1000 करोड़ रुपए के आसपास बढ़ाने के लिए विस्तार योजनाओं वित्त लग रही है। आईपीओ के लिए जनवरी 2011 के फरवरी के बीच में बाजार में उतरने की संभावना है।

Textile major S। Kumars Nationwide’s subsidiary company - Reid and Taylor (India) - has filed its Draft Red Herring Prospectus (DRHP) with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) on December 09, 2010 in relation to its initial public offering (IPO) of equity shares. The issue includes an offer for sale portion by S. Kumars Nationwide.

Reid and Taylor (India) is reportedly looking to raise around Rs 1,000 crore from the IPO to finance expansion plans. The IPO is likely to hit the market in between January-February 2011.

Reid and Taylor is the first brand in India to offer both fabrics and apparel under one label. The fine quality of garments and sharp styling has created a space for itself in the customer’s mind. The apparel range includes formal and casual daywear suits, jackets, trousers, shirts ties and accessories along with a wide selection of T-shirts, jeans, and other weekend wear.
