हीरो होंडा मोटर्स, दुनिया की सबसे बड़ी दोपहिया निर्माता, होंडा मोटर कंपनी, जापान के साथ एक लाइसेंस व्यवस्था पर हस्ताक्षर किए हैं, जिससे कंपनी के लिए उच्च वृद्धि मे सक्षम होंगी। कंपनी फिर अपनी अनुसंधान एवं विकास तथा क्षमताओं कारनामे वैश्विक क्रेडिट और विनिर्माण के अवसर विकसित करता है। दोनों कंपनियों के बोर्ड यानी संबंधित होंडा मोटर्स कंपनी जापान और हीरो होंडा मोटर्स (हीरो होंडा) टोक्यो और नई दिल्ली में नए लाइसेंस अलग से समझौते को मंजूरी दे दी है। इस व्यवस्था के मौजूदा उत्पादों के बने रहने के लिए होंडा ने और भी नए मॉडल के लांच को सुनिश्चित किया है। यह व्यवस्था कंपनी की नई स्थिति और विकास के लिए अतिरिक्त अवसर के लिए एक चिकनी और क्रमिक संक्रमण प्रदान करेगी।

English Translation:

Hero Honda Motors, the world’s single largest two wheeler manufacturer, has signed a licensing arrangement with Honda Motor Co, Japan; thereby enabling higher growth for the company. As the company will then have the freedom to develops its own R&D capabilities and exploits global credit and manufacturing opportunities. The respective boards of both the companies i.e. Honda Motors Co. Japan and Hero Honda Motors(HHML) have approved the new licensing agreement separately in Tokyo and New Delhi. This arrangement will ensure the continuance of the existing products and also the launch of new models by Honda. This arrangement will provide a smooth and gradual transition to the new status of the company and additional avenues for growth.
