English Translation:

Pramerica Mutual Fund has announced the revision of exit load structure of Pramerica Dynamic Fund, an open ended dynamic asset scheme with effect from December 13, 2010.

Accordingly, the exit load charge will be 2% if the units are redeemed / switched-out within 365 days of allotment (i.e. on or before 365 days), 1% if the units are redeemed / switched-out after 365 days but on or before 730 days of allotment and nil if the units are redeemed / switched-out after 730 days.

The investment objective of the scheme is to achieve long term capital appreciation by investing in an actively managed diversified portfolio consisting of equity and equity related securities including derivatives, debt and money market instruments.
