Dollex Industries Appoints Directors : डोलेक्स इंडस्ट्रीज के द़ारा निर्देशकों की नियुक्ति : 20th July

डोलेक्स इंडस्ट्रीज बोर्ड ने 20 जुलाई 2011 को अपनी बैठक में  डेजी एग्रोटेक, श्रीधाम चीनी और कंपनी के साथ कंक्रीट उत्पाद के एकीकरण की योजना को मंजूरी दे दी है|
बोर्ड ने कंपनी के कार्यकारी प्रमोटर निदेशक नदीम खान के इस्तीफे को स्वीकार कर लिया है|
इसके अलावा, बोर्ड ने कंपनी के अतिरिक्त निदेशक के रूप में वी.एस.भारकटिआ,नवाब रजा,विपुल छेदा और महमूद खान  नियुक्त किया है|

The board of Dollex Industries in its meeting on 20 July 2011 has approved the scheme of amalgamation of Daizy Agrotech, Sridham Sugar and Concrete Products with the company.
The board has accepted the resignation of Nadeem Khan as executive promoter director of the company.
Further, the board has appointed V S Bharaktiya, Nawab Raza, Vipul Chheda and Mehmood Khan as additional directors of the company.
