जेनिथ कोम्पुतेर्स की आयोजित होने वाली 09 अगस्त 2011 बोर्ड बैठक मे समाप्त वित्तीय वर्ष 31 मार्च 2011 के लिए पहली समाप्त तिमाही 30 जून 2011 को कंपनी के जाँचे हुऐ वित्तीय परिणामों पर और बिना जाँचे हुऐ वित्तीय (अनंतिम) परिणामों पर विचार किया जाएगा.
बोर्ड लाभांश की घोषणा पर भी विचार करेंगी.
English Translation:
The board meeting of Zenith Computers will be held on 09 August 2011 to consider and approve the audited accounts of the company for the year ended 31 March 2011 and to consider the unaudited financial results (provisional) for the first quarter ended 30 June 2011.
The board will also consider declaration of dividend .
