The board of Esab India has appointed Jiri Kula as additional director of the company with effect from 21 July 2011.

The board has appointed Jiri Kula as managing director of the company for a period of three years with effect from 01 September 2011.

Further, the tenure of G Hariharan, managing director ends on 31 August 2011.
