The board meeting of Navneet Publications India will be held on 28 July 2011 to consider and take on record the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended 30 June 2011 and to take on record the audited financial results for the financial year ended 31 March 2011.
The board will also consider recommendation of dividend, if any for the financial year ended 31 March 2011.
