ओमनीटिक़ इंडस्ट्रीज इंडिया बोर्ड ने अपनी बैठक में 01 जुलाई 2011 को कंपनी के सांविधिक लेखा परीक्षकों के रूप में जे जी वर्मा एंड कं की जगह, टेम्बे और म्हात्रे, माहिम की नियुक्ति को मंजूरी दे दी है| कंपनी के मौजूदा सांविधिक लेखा परीक्षकों ने  अपने इस्तीफे सूचित किए है|

English Translate:
The board of Omnitex Industries India in its meeting on 01 July 2011 has approved the appointment of Tembey & Mhatre, Mahim as statutory auditors of the company in the place of J G Verma & Co.
The existing auditors who have intimated their resignation as statutory auditors of the company.
