The board meeting of TAK Machinery & Leasing will be held on 26 July 2011 to consider the audited financial results for the year ended 31 March 2011 alongwith unaudited financial results (provisional) for the first quarter ended 30 June 2011 and to consider dividend for the year 2010-2011.
