Mutual funds (MFs) bought shares worth a net Rs 204.10 crore on Friday, 24 April 2009, lower than Rs 460.10 crore on Thursday, 23 April 2009.MFs' net inflow of Rs 204.10 crore on 24 April 2009 was a result of gross purchases Rs 696.60 crore and gross sales Rs 492.50 crore. The BSE Sensex gained 194.06 points or 1.74% to 11,329.05 on that day.MFs were net buyer of shares worth Rs 414.60 crore in this month, till 24 April 2009.
