हिन्दी रूपांतरमुम्बई। दूरसंचार क्षेत्र की प्रमुख निजी कम्पनी टाटा कम्युनिकेशंस लिमिटेड ने चीन की कम्पनी चाइना इंटरप्राइजेज कम्युनिकेशंस लिमिटेड (सीईसी) में 50 प्रतिशत हिस्सेदारी खरीदने के लिए एक करार पर हस्ताक्षर किए हैं। हालांकि सौदे में शामिल रकम का खुलासा नहीं किया गया है।
टाटा कम्युनिकेशंस ने आज यहां बताया कि सीईसी में चीन के वित्तीय संस्थान सीआईसीटीआईसी ग्रुप, असेटस् सुपरविजन एंड एडमिनिस्ट्रेशन कमीशन और सीई-एससीएम के शेयर हैं। सीईसी मूल रूप से पेईचिंग की कम्पनी है जो फोन सेवाएं प्रदाता है। इसे हाल में ही ‘आईपी-वीपीएन’ के लिए लाइसेंस दिया गया है।
कम्पनी ने कहा है कि इस समझौते को अभी चीन सरकार और नियामक संस्था का अनुमोदन मिलना बाकी है।

Mumbai: Telecom solutions provider Tata Communications on Wednesday said it would acquire 50 per cent stake in China Enterprise Communications (CEC) for an undisclosed amount.
"Through the cooperation with Tata Communications we will focus on the development of the domestic market to provide high quality networking service to multinationals as well as domestic enterprises in China," CEC President and CEO Zhu Jianhua said.
CEC has a network reach throughout China with no regional restrictions on its service capabilities. CEC provides VPN connectivity
