English Translation

Reliance Mutual Fund has decided to revise the exit load structure for Reliance Medium Term Fund, with effect from February 11, 2009. Accordingly, the fund proposed will not charge any exit load. Reliance Medium Term Fund is an open income scheme with an objective to generate regular income in order to make regular dividend payments to unit holders and the secondary objective is growth of capital.
