कानपुर प्लास्तिपैक ने 30 जुलाई 2011 को अपनी बैठक में बोर्ड ने वर्ष 2010-11 के लिए प्रति 1 रुपया शेयर (10%) की दर से लाभांश की सलाह दी है.
इसके अलावा, बोर्ड ने कंपनी के मौजूदा इक्विटी शेयरों पर हर 2 मौजूदा इक्विटी शेयरों के लिए 01:02 अर्थात 1 इक्विटी शेयर के अनुपात में बोनस शेयर जारी करने की मंजूरी दे दी है.
English Translation:
The board of Kanpur Plastipack in its meeting on 30 July 2011 has recommended dividend at the rate of Re 1 per share (10%) for the year 2010-11.
Further, the board has approved the issuance of bonus shares on existing equity shares of the company in the ratio of 1:2 i.e. 1 equity share for every 2 existing equity shares.
