श्री अधिकारी ब्रदर्स टेलीविजन नेटवर्क की आयोजित होने वाली 13 अगस्त 2011 बोर्ड बैठक मे समाप्त वित्तीय वर्ष 30 जून 2011 के लिए कंपनी के जाँचे हुऐ वित्तीय परिणामों पर और बिना जाँचे हुऐ वित्तीय परिणामों पर विचार किया जाएगा और 31 मार्च 2011 को समाप्त वर्ष के लिए कंपनी के वार्षिक खातों को मंजूरी दे दी है.
बोर्ड समाप्त वर्ष 31 मार्च 2011 के लिए लाभांश पर विचार करने की सलाह देगी.
English Translation:
The board meeting of Sri Adhikari Brothers Television Network will be held on 13 August 2011 to consider and approve the audited financial results of the company for the financial year ended 31 March 2011 and to consider the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended 30 June 2011.
The board will also consider recommendation of dividend for the financial year ended 31 March 2011.
