रुचि सोया इंडस्ट्रीज की आयोजित होने वाली 10 अगस्त 2011 बोर्ड बैठक मे समाप्त वित्तीय वर्ष 30 जून  2011 के लिए कंपनी के जाँचे हुऐ वित्तीय परिणामों पर और बिना जाँचे हुऐ वित्तीय परिणामों पर विचार किया जाएगा और 31 मार्च 2011 को समाप्त वर्ष के लिए कंपनी के वार्षिक खातों को मंजूरी दे दी है.

The board meeting of Ruchi Soya Industries will be held on 10 August 2011 to consider and approve the audited annual accounts for the financial year ended 31 March 2011 and to consider the unaudited financial results of the company for the quarter ended 30 June 2011.

The board will also recommend dividend, if any.
