Nitco To Consider Dividend : नितको लाभांश के लिए करेगे : 05-08-11

निटको की आयोजित होने वाली 12 अगस्त 2011 बोर्ड बैठक मे समाप्त वित्तीय वर्ष 30 जून  2011 के लिए कंपनी के जाँचे हुऐ वित्तीय परिणामों पर और बिना जाँचे हुऐ वित्तीय परिणामों पर विचार किया जाएगा और 31 मार्च 2011 को समाप्त वर्ष के लिए कंपनी के खातों को मंजूरी दे दी है.

बोर्ड  लाभांश की सलाह देगी, यदि कोई हो.

English Translation:

The board meeting of Nitco will be held on 12 August 2011 to consider and approve the audited financial results for the financial year ended 31 March 2011 and to consider the unaudited financial results for the first quarter ended 30 June 2011.

The board will also recommend dividend, if any.
