प्रिंसिपल पी एन बी मुचुअल फंड ने साबी के साथ प्रिंसिपल पी एन बी तय अवधि योजना 385 दिनों की श्रृंखला 13 की पेशकश की थी ।यह एक कम अवधि की ऋण योजना हैं । योजना के लिए एन एफ ओ का आकृति मूल्य 10 रुपये प्रति यूनिट हैं । योजना ने संस्थागत और लगातार दो योजनाओ की पेशकश की हैं । इन दोनों योजनाओ के अंतर्गत लाभ और उत्पत्ति के विकल्प प्रदान किए हैं ।लगातार योजना के अंतर्गत कम से कम निवेश राशि 1000 रुपये तथा संस्थागत योजना के अंतर्गत 50 लाख रुपये हैं। एन एफ ओ की अवधि के भीतर योजना को कम से कम राशि 10 करोर रुपये एक्तत्रित करने की जरुरत हैं । योजना के लिए किसी भी प्रकार का भारी शुल्क नही लगाया गया हैं क्यूंकि यह एक कम अवधि की योजना हैं । योजना पर 1.00% का भारी शुल्क प्रतिदन के लिये लगाया जाएगा ।

English Translation

Principal Pnb MF has filed offer document with Sebi to launch Principal Pnb Fixed Maturity Plan 385 Days - Series XIII. It is a close-ended debt scheme. The face value of the new issue will be Rs 10 per unit. The scheme offers two plans viz. regular and institutional plans. There will be growth & dividend options under each plan. minimum application amount under regular plan will be Rs 1000 and Rs 50 lakh under institutional plan. The scheme seeks to collect a minimum corpus of Rs 10 crore during NFO period. The scheme will not charge any entry load, due to its close ended nature.
