The markets are still trading under huge pressure as selling pressure continued across the board. The Metal, Banking, Auto, Realty, Oil & Gas, Capital Goods and Power stocks are out of favor today. The BSE Sensex is now trading around the 9100 mark and the NSE Nifty around the 2750 mark. The BSE Mid Cap And the Small Cap stocks are also trading lower today. Banking stocks were under severe pressure today, on the back of weakness across global financial stocks after the Royal Bank of Scotland unveiled unprecedented loss. Asian markets are trading sharply lower taking their cue from Europe. The overall market breadth is negative as 804 stocks are advancing while 1205 stocks are declining and the 76 stocks remain unchanged on BSE. The BSE Mid cap is lower by 25.27 points at 3,018.26 and the BSE small Cap slipped by 11.33 points to trade at 3,440.13.
