हिन्दी रूपांतरण:फिडेलिटी म्युचुअल फंड ने फिडेलिटी नकद कोष (एफ सी एफ) के निवेश पैटर्न में कुछ बदलाव की घोषणा की है। यह बदलाव फिडेलिटी म्यूचुअल फंड के प्रस्ताव दस्तावेजों / योजना की जानकारी दस्तावेजों / महत्वपूर्ण जानकारी विवरण में प्रभावित होगा। सेबी परिपत्र दिनांकित 19 जनवरी, 2009 के अनुसार, निवेश पैटर्न को निम्न में बदल दिया जाएगा:
(अ) 1 फरवरी 2009 से प्रभावित एफ सी एफ /खरीद ऋण और मुद्रा बाजार की प्रतिभूतियों में 182 दिनों के लिए निवेश करेगा।
(ब) इस के साथ लाइन में, 01 मई 2009 से प्रभावी, एफ सी एफ /खरीद ऋण और मुद्रा बाजार की प्रतिभूतियों में 91दिनों के लिए निवेश करेगा।
(स) इस के अलावा, 1 नवम्बर, 2009 से प्रभावी एफ सी एफ में इंटर योजना स्थानान्तरण, ऋण और मुद्रा बाजार की प्रतिभूतियों के लिए 91 दिनों तक की परिपक्वता के साथ अनुमति दी जाएगी।
English Translation
Fidelity Mutual Fund has announced some changes in the investment pattern of Fidelity Cash Fund (FCF). The changes will be effected in the offer documents/ scheme information documents/ key information memorandum of Fidelity Mutual Fund on a prospective basis. In accordance with Sebi circular dated January 19, 2009, the investment pattern will be changed to the following:
(a) FCF will make investment in/purchase debt and money market securities with maturity of upto 182 days only, with effect from February 1, 2009.
(b) In line with this, with effect from 01 May 2009, FCF will make investment in/purchase debt and money market securities with maturity of upto 91 days only.
(c) Besides this, the inter-scheme transfers in FCF will be permitted for debt and money market securities with maturity of upto 91 days only, with effect from November 1, 2009.
